Basic principles
One bonus per person and per household. To tell whether two accounts are one person, the casino lines up address, email, IP, phone number, bank or card, e-wallet and device. Spot a duplicate and the second account goes, along with its winnings and bonuses.
Each deposit bonus carries five basics: minimum deposit, maximum bonus, wagering, maximum bet while wagering and a time limit. If an offer says nothing else, those are the numbers to use.
Credits run on UTC. With real and bonus money in one balance, real money is used first and the bonus ends when its own balance runs dry. You cannot withdraw until wagering is complete; take your own deposit back early and the bonus and what it won are forfeited while the rest is paid.
Wagering and game contribution
Wagering is the multiple of the bonus, or of the spin winnings, that you must stake before cashing out. The usual figure is ×40 for the welcome ladder and most weekly deals, ×35 on VIP versions and ×30 on Highroller.
Pokies count 100%, minus jackpot games and a published list of excluded titles. Everything else, live tables and instant games included, counts 5% of the stake. The bet limit covers double-up rounds and bonus rounds bought inside a game too.
Bet limits and win limits
Standard limits in New Zealand dollars, valid unless an offer names its own:
| Rule | Limit (NZD) |
|---|---|
| Maximum bet while wagering a bonus | NZ$3.50 |
| Maximum bet when wagering real money, pokies | NZ$85 |
| Maximum bet when wagering real money, other games | NZ$170 |
| Bonus cancelled automatically at | NZ$0.01 |
- No-deposit spins and similar gifts: winnings capped at NZ$34, or NZ$1,700 for VIPs, and a withdrawal needs one successful real deposit first.
- Free-spin winnings from a deposit bonus: five times the deposit, at most NZ$1,700 (VIPs: five times, at most NZ$8,500).
- Cash-bonus winnings: twice the deposit, at most NZ$8,500 (VIPs: five times, at most NZ$17,000).
Eight numbers that settle most arguments
Bonus terms run long. These eight figures answer most of the questions people actually ask.

On the bonus or the spin winnings (×35 on VIP offers, ×30 on Highroller).
- NZ$3.50

- 100% / 5%
Game contribution

- NZ$34
No-deposit win limit
Applies to all but VIPs, who get NZ$1,700. A real deposit must exist before you withdraw.
- 5×
Free-spin win limit
Five times the deposit, capped at NZ$1,700, or NZ$8,500 for VIPs.
- UTC
Time zone
Starts, ends and credits all run on UTC unless a promotion says otherwise.
Free spins in detail
Each offer sets what a spin is worth; seasonal offers use €0.10 a spin, for instance, and €0.20 for the VIP versions. Spins go on named games, usually with a choice of two.
Not allowed: holding back a feature round until wagering is done, topping up while a feature is pending, or using bonus money just to progress a feature and finishing the last step with real money.
Fair play
Bonus abuse, hedging across accounts, leaning on technical faults or any other unfair edge can cost you winnings, bonuses and the account itself. The casino decides on objective grounds and may ask for proof of identity and payment before it pays.
Currency
Promotions are published in EUR, USD, AUD, CAD and NZD at a fixed ratio. For New Zealand the tables on these pages already show New Zealand dollars.
Changes
The casino can change or withdraw promotions and these terms whenever it likes. If a translation strays from the English text, the English wins. The card in your account shows the version that applies to you.
